When you submit a quote request, we may collect your name, contact details, location, device information and description of the fault. The website also uses a spam-protection service that may process technical information needed to distinguish genuine requests from automated abuse.

How we use it

We use submitted information to review your request, contact you, prepare service information and maintain an audit-friendly record in Jarvis. A website request does not authorise repairs, payments or changes to your device.

Who receives it

Information is provided to Lukey PC Repairs and the systems used to operate the business, including Jarvis and the configured CAPTCHA provider. We do not sell website enquiry details.

Sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, PINs, banking details or device passcodes through the website. If access is required for an approved repair, staff will explain a safer process.

Retention and access

Repair and enquiry information may be retained where reasonably needed for service history, business records, dispute handling and legal obligations. To ask about your information, email lukeypcrepairs@gmail.com.
